Order Processing Time

All orders placed through Scentleo are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Transit Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery : 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including weather delays, carrier issues, or customs clearance.

Shipping Cut-Off Time

Our daily shipping cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

Scentleo currently ships to selected locations. Availability may vary depending on your country and region.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping rates:

  •  Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $70.
  •  Flat Rate Shipping of $8.00 for U.S. orders under $70.

  • FedEx
  • Other reliable delivery partners

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to become active.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Scentleo is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier and provide any required information to submit a claim. We recommend keeping the original packaging and damaged items for inspection.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

Scentleo is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.
