30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The perfume must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must remain sealed and unopened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless the item is defective or received incorrectly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Scentleo cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order for the desired fragrance.
